As you may have noticed from the name of my blog, I am a bit of chocolate connoisseur.
No, I don't have a uni degree on it, but I've definitely tried my fair share to keep the chocolate industry going.
The above definition really doesn't do it any justice. If it were me, I would describe it something like this:
"a glorious tasting heavenly substance made from a simple ingredient known as ground Cacao seeds. Can be consumed on its own; yet also enjoyed with a warm cup of hot chocolate / coffee (depending on your taste). Suitable for breakfast, lunch or dinner; all all of the above. CAUTION: Copious amounts can be devoured in one sitting".
In speaking with my good pal Sarah the other day, we decided it would be kinda fun for me to make my chocolate eating experiences a part of my travel lifestyle.
Why not...?
It's a part of my everyday living!Having said this, my future travels will now consist of me trying each country/region trademark chocolate; taking a photo to record it, and preserving the memory of it by blogging about it. Can you see it now...? Me, standing in front of the Eiffel Tower, with a chocolate croissant in one hand! Or a beautiful little hand crafted choccie riding a train through the Swiss Alps. Kind of celebrity like. In the words of Jim Carey... I like it a-lot!
